Education: Joel received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law.
Hometown: East Lansing, Michigan.

Prior to starting Safir Law PLC in 2014, Joel spent the first fourteen years of his legal career fighting for his clients on both the Defense and Plaintiff’s side of the law. With over 25 years of trial experience, Joel has used his advocacy and compassion to build a law firm where his clients are his main focus, and he constantly strives to do everything he can to help them navigate through every aspect of their cases. Joel is admitted to the Eastern District of Michigan, the Western District of Michigan, the State Bar of Michigan, and the State Bar of Ohio.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Joel enjoys playing tennis and traveling with friends and family.
